What a hard day at the office it was this time at the Valley. Due to circumstances outside our control most of our members had a horrendous day on the greens. The day was fabulous with small numbers on the course and it augured well for those who had braved the cool start. The first warning was on the first green with all having difficulty reading the green and sinking the putt. For many, worse was to come as this was just a forerunner of what was to come. Three putts became common for most. However through all this gloom, one was relishing the day coming in with a match winning 62. Well done Don.
